Land - commercial acreage This is a construction loan to build a 236-residential tower in Tempe that will include a Whole Foods Market and Café on the ground level.
Commercial - hotel This is a construction loan to refurbish a historic building in Downtown Phoenix into a boutique hotel.
Land - rural/agriculture acreage The borrowers are the exclusive developer chosen by the city of Glendale to partner with them to develop LA Dodger/Chicago White Sox baseball complex.
Commercial - retail The funds for this loan was used to acquire the land located at the SE corner of Scottsdale Road and McDowell Road and pay a portion of the costs for redevelopment.
Commercial - industrial This is a loan to acquire 4+ acres that encompasses two city blocks in Downtown Phoenix known as the "Warehouse District". |
